This week , Year 5 visited Islington Museum to take part in an art workshop. The children enjoyed exploring the art work created by secondary school children and played a game of bingo which involved hunting for various textures they could see in each picture. Taking inspiration from the collection of artwork in the gallery, the children made their own polystyrene tiles which they used as a printing press to produce their own piece of unique art work. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and the children were a credit to the school.
