This week in Reception we have been learning about the parable of the Good Samaritan. The children enjoyed role playing the story and thought about how they could be helpful to others like the Good Samaritan. The children also worked together to make nests for the owl and her babies. After this the children then wrote instructions on how to build a nest. In maths the children have been learning about capacity, they loved measuring the size of puddles!
