Two gymnastic squads made up of children from Year 3 and 4 and Year 5 and 6 recently took part in a competition with children from across the borough. The children had to compete in a series of different events including various stretches to different floor exercises. The children did their best concentrating on their posture, their body positions and form. The staff accompanying them were very proud of the manner in which they behaved from supporting one another to encouraging and cheering on children from other schools too.
Well done to the Year 5/6 squad who came 2nd in the competition and the Year 3/4 squad who came 4th overall.
