We have had a very busy two weeks in Reception. We went on our first school trip in Reception to the Living Nativity at London Zoo. We heard the nativity story and met special characters from the story, including Mary, shepherds, wise men and even a camel! On the trip we also got to meet Santa.
Last week in Reception we also had two magical visitors arrive. Both classes received their ‘Elf on the shelf’. Candy (Ruby class) and Sparkledust (Red class) have been watching us and reporting back each evening to Santa. We have loved finding them in different places each day.
We are very proud of Reception for working so hard and putting on a fantastic Nativity show. Thank you parents for providing the children with their undergarments for the show and helping them all to learn their lines. The show wouldn’t be as a amazing without your help. Their performance will be added to the blog next week.
Christmas Party
Our Christmas Party will be on Wednesday 19th December. The children can wear a Christmas jumper or party clothes.
End of Term
School finishes at 1pm on Thursday 20th December.
