We have had a fantastic week of learning in Year 2!
In Art, we continued to develop our project which has been inspired by Andy Goldsworthy.
We created beautiful collage spiral shapes using different colours and materials. We enjoyed using our artistic skills to create different patterns of colours in the shapes.
In English, we have been learning about Traditional Tales and have been reading the story of Rapunzel! We discussed what we can infer about each character and we had great fun exploring this through roleplay, using different actions to show the traits of the characters!
In Science, we set off on a minibeast hunt exploring the different micro-habitats outside our classrooms! We found lots of interesting creatures and enjoyed seeing them moving in their natural microhabitats!
