Year 5 had a busy Friday afternoon looking at Caritas in our community and how we can recognise the Kingdom of God through our own local environment and charitable actions.
The children made ‘Thank You’ cards for members of our community who have helped them in some way. There were cards for teachers, doctors, priests and many more!
The children also created artistic impressions of what they believe the Kingdom of God would look like and gave examples of different attributes they believe could be found within the Kingdom of God.
