Today, during our Caritas in Action day, we were learning about how we can give a voice to the voiceless and how God hears the cry of the poor. The children explored these ideas by writing a letter to our local MP, Emily Thornberry, and creating scenes which reinterpreted scripture for the 21st century, focussing on how we can put our Catholic beliefs into action.
