It has been a big week in Year 3!! On Monday, Emerald class and Green class looked at how the world is represented on maps. From 2-D maps to spherical 3-D globes, both classes broke down the advantages and disadvantages of both and how they represent the world in different ways.
On Wednesday, both classes had the opportunity to participate in Scootability. Not only was this a chance for Emerald class and Green class to show off their impressive skills but they also had the chance to learn important road rules whilst being on a scooter.
Lastly, but certainly not least. On Thursday, both classes headed down to the theatre to watch the musical ‘Matilda’. It was an amazing day!!! Miss Duffy and Mr Woodhouse would like to say how impressed they are with both Emerald and Green classes behaviour on public transport and also in the theatre.
