On Thursday, in celebration of Black History Month, Year 2 were treated to a musical extravaganza by our visitors from the company ‘African Activities.’ After initially being welcomed into the hall by the sound of bongos, the children then heard a story with an important message of ‘trust.’ Just when we thought we couldn’t have any more fun, the children were invited to stand up and bust some dance moves to the beat of African music! We were very impressed with their moves!!
We want to say a huge thank you to the visitors for teaching us about their culture and history and an enormous well done to our children for being such good participators!
