This week the children of Red and Ruby class continued to build on their subitizing skills! Here you can see them representing 6 in different ways, they have also worked on 7 and 8 this week too!

We also got a very special delivery from Nasa…they sent us some Space food to try – we thought about how it felt, what it smelt like and how it tasted…most of us agreed it was yummy…some of us thought it was a bit too sour!
While the sun was still shining, we formed our very own mini football team! Unfortunately the goals were out of use for the day, but the boys did not let this deter them! They started to build a goal from the wooden beams…then they had a better idea! They used the tyres as a goal, each time they kicked the ball through the tyre they gained a point…As you can see we had lots of happy celebrations!
