We had a lovely week in Little Gems, we have been very busy learning lot of new and exciting things! Our nursery rhyme of the week was Humpty Dumpty and the children drew lots of wonderful pictures of poor Humpty Dumpty. In our religion lesson we talked about the meaning behind Christmas and how we are preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus. This week our key text was ‘Snow Bears’ and related activities were making sensory snow bear pictures and designing a snow bear playground. Another exciting event was a delivery of new home corner resources including a real plant and alarm clock which was very popular so we discussed how to best take care of these things.
