Summer term fun and what a great week was had by all, staff and children alike!
After School Club in all our key stages continues to grow from strength to strength!
What a fantastic term we have had. All of our children have enjoyed so many creative activities. To name just a few such as balloon modelling, iced bun making, drawing, painting, clay modelling and chalk drawing in the playground. Children also have access to chrome books and iPads, so can enjoy our specially created fun Kahoot quizzes. We couldn’t do all of this without our dedicated team and of course all of the ideas from our children.
A massive thanks to all the staff who work so hard to enable our children to have such a diverse , interactive and fun programme.
We ended the term with our Mega Bingo and Quiz for all of our KS1 and KS2 children, while the Early Years children had a creative crafting evening and were treated to a delicious ice lolly to round off the day.
Mr Grant even brought in his Steel Pans and some of the children enjoyed learning how to play them.
Above all, our setting is all about our wonderful children and their great ideas, which all our staff listen to and accommodate where we can.
All that remains is for us to wish you all a wonderful summer break and see you all in September.
