Another busy week in Year 3 learning life skills with a very interactive approach!
This week, we started to learn about measurement and length. We took to the playground with our metre sticks and set out to measure every line and object we could find! This was then followed by an afternoon with Lloyd’s Bank where the children learnt all about bank statements, incomes, expenditure and planning a very exciting, yet expensive, trip to Australia. Although it was difficult, the children managed to find a way to make sure there was some budget left over for some souvenirs! We hope these meticulous skills carry on well into the future!
