What another busy week we’ve had in Nursery! This week began with a special visit from the Bird Man. He proudly showed off his pet Hawk, Cybil and his cute Owl. He spoke about the different features of each bird, its feeding habits and we watched them fly around the hall! How exciting.
White and Pearl Class also had a special visit from Father George this week. He spoke about how we celebrate Jesus’ birthday at Christmas and about the Nativity Story.
We also completed our Switched on Science lesson this week: Mud Glorious Mud! The children got their hands dirty as we described how mud feels and its texture. We also observed the changes when water was added! The children also predicted if sand or mud would make the best sandcastle!!
